Why I started Talos Delta
I wanted room to solve the real problems.
I started Talos Delta because the part of software I enjoy most is the whole problem: understanding how a business works, spotting the friction, shaping an idea with the people who will use it, and carrying it through to a dependable system.
In larger organisations, useful ideas can stall between teams and priorities. Talos Delta lets me stay close to the problem, move with purpose, and remain accountable after launch.
That breadth is deliberate. I can move between discovery, product design, application development, AI, infrastructure, training, and maintenance. The aim is to choose what the business actually needs, rather than force every problem into one fashionable tool.
